Designed for the larger operation the BL200 comprises two cabinets side by side with four doors having independent heating modules. Whilst BL200 models feature heavy duty 150mm castors, two braked and wrap round bumpers, the size and weight of the units when fully loaded makes them less practical for transporting meals over long distances.
