This is a two compartment unit which combines large capacity with the ability to transport food from the kitchen to the dining area. The top is heated and the bottom is chilled. The chilled section of the unit uses Victor Staykold Eutectic plates. This unit comes with heavy duty castors as standard with 2 braked and a wrap around bumper.

Designed for the larger operation the BL200 comprises two cabinets side by side with four doors having independent heating modules. Whilst BL200 models feature heavy duty 150mm castors, two braked and wrap round bumpers, the size and weight of the units when fully loaded makes them less practical for transporting meals over long distances. Complete with 8 shelves and supports and two push bars.
